La Maison is a hybrid concept of 1,800 m², spread across the three top floors of the Lafayette Gourmet building, located in front of the Opera Garnier in Paris.
It is dedicated to tech founders and their communities.
A modular lounge to build together
On the fourth floor is a spacious lounge with a large terrace. It features a coffee shop, a cocktail bar, a private living room, flying desks, booths, meeting rooms, and three appartements for distributed teams to stay.
A vibrant place for your event
This space has been designed to accommodate a wide range of events, including conferences, demo days, hackathons, cocktail receptions, and seated dinners, both indoors and outdoors.
A cluster of AI companies
In just years, Motier Ventures has built a portfolio of 102+ of the most ambitious AI projects in the French Tech scene.
The fifth and sixth floors offer a capacity of 110 desks distributed across private offices, designed to host a cluster of a dozen early-stage AI companies.
Proximity fosters serendipity, much like on a university campus.
