In the heart of Paris
La Maison is a hybrid concept of 1,800 m², spread across the three top floors of the Lafayette Gourmet building, located in front of the Opera Garnier in Paris. It will be dedicated to the founders of the Motier Ventures portfolio companies and their communities.
La Maison is set to open in early 2025.
A modular lounge to build together
On the fourth floor will be a spacious lounge with a large terrace. It will feature a coffee shop, a cocktail bar, a private living room, flying desks, booths, meeting rooms, and three appartements for distributed teams to stay.
A vibrant place for your event
This space has been designed to accommodate a wide range of events, including conferences, demo days, hackathons, cocktail receptions, and seated dinners, both indoors and outdoors.
A cluster of AI companies
In just two years, Motier Ventures has built a portfolio of over 30 of the most ambitious AI projects in the French Tech scene.
The fifth and sixth floors will offer a capacity of 110 desks distributed across private offices, designed to host a cluster of a dozen early-stage AI companies.
Proximity fosters serendipity, much like on a university campus.
